The second worst kind of WILD is the kind where you dream you’re trying to have a WILD. Last night I went into the sleep chamber, put on my headphones and sleep mask, and fell asleep pretty quickly. At some point I experienced the vibrations and lights, and I thought for sure I was going to succeed, but than either the dream shifted and I forgot what was happening or I woke back up.
I remember fragments of a dozen dreams, people, experiences, but haven’t been able to zero in on any ONE dream. Just HOW MUCH do we dream in an average night? And if it’s that much, why can’t I just control a little piece each night? And REMEMBER IT?!
Well, at one point last night, I did dream I was laying on a couch attempting to WILD. The second set of vibrations and lights came, but again, the dream of a WILD must’ve shifted. At about 7:00a.m. (having gone in at about 5:40a.m.), I woke up and decided to go back to bed. Unfortunately I didn’t have a residual lucid dream before my 7:50a.m. went off.
